I purchased an article from here during a sale as a gift for someone. Since it was a gift, I didn’t know the exact size and unfortunately selected the wrong one by mistake. When I contacted them for an exchange, I was informed that they have a strict no-exchange policy. I feel this policy is quite inconvenient, especially when buying items as gifts.
