Our primary goal is to ensure satisfaction for our customers. To assure an amazing experience for you we have formed these fairly liberal policies that are an extension of customer service retailers. These policies are listed below
- The exchange policy does not apply to any item/product purchased on sale/discounted price.
- An Exchange will only be granted if:
- The product does not match the specification mentioned on the website.
- Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Product/s must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as you received it in Original Packaging with all the tags attached.
- All eligible purchases can be exchanged within the time frame of 7 days subject to the conditions that the product is defective/faulty at the time of delivery or the product does not match the original specification.
- You will be required to share Photographic Evidence of the defective item to prove the claim
- Any Item/s sent after the 7 Days Timeframe, will be shipped back to the Customer with the Customer being responsible for the Return Shipping Cost.
- The exchange would be limited to the item/s received and they cannot be exchanged for another item in our catalog.
- The exchange process can take up to 15 days. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the timeline can be extended.
- To maintain fairness, the problems issued will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
- Minute differences in color may be discerned due to different lighting conditions during photography and/or minute differences in color contrast on different screens. Thus, exchanges on this basis will not be entertained.
- Due to vastly different types of complex fabric used in the manufacturing process, up to 7% natural shrinkage might occur intermittently in some fabrics. Thus, exchanges on that basis will not be entertained.
- Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item to request an exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
- Customer needs to return the Product/s via traceable courier at their own expense to our address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sclothers reserves the right to limit or refuse any exchanges for reasons including unavailability of said item or Abusive behavior of the Customer.
- Store Credit will be issued of the excess amount in case the Customer is Exchanging a Plus-Sized article (XXL or XXXL) with Regular-Sized one (XS – XL), similarly, the remaining amount needs to be paid if the Customer is Exchanging from Regular Size to a Plus Size.
- Store Credit will be issued as per the Current Pricing of the Article/s at the time of Exchange.
- Any malfunction in the provided set purchase system and extended problems can be reported at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges at Outlet for Online Orders:
- Customer must inform and raise the case before visiting Sclothers Outlet for exchanges (of Online Orders), such cases will not be entertained at Outlet as Replacement Units are shipped from Sclothers Warehouse.
- Sclothers reserves the right of declining the Item/s ordered with reason including Unavailability of article/s ordered, pricing error, false contact & shipping details or delivery area is out of coverage.
There is no refund policy currently being up-held. The transactional process is transparent which includes the composition of the fabric, accessible policies, and a system to exchange within ample time in case of defective/faulty product or sizing issues to safeguard the customer's utmost satisfaction.
